It seems like Taylor is almost never at work, and whenever I’ve tried to leave messages or call back, my calls have gone unanswered. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored when you’re trying to resolve a service issue. Consistent communication and availability are essential in customer service, and unfortunately, Taylor has not met those expectations. I hope the management team addresses this problem soon, as it reflects poorly on the entire department.

I too was from out of town and fixing up a relative's house - found what I needed and it was as streamlined and simple as tool rental gets. They test-ran everything before loading it, have on-site service (if your rented tool breaks down, they find you and get it fixed) and are pretty laid back about it all. Completely painless and completely professional. ( There's a bad review posted here and I'm going to bet it's from a competing business. )
