  Josh was really great and friendly and so was his apprentice. They both had an attitude of wanting to be there and execute the job well. Their floor protection and cleanup was immaculate and the plumbing work was very clean. I was left with no questions or concerns about the quality of work they delivered for the rough in or how things were going on the jobsite when I wasn’t around. They made the customer happy by taking care of a few things that were on the edge of failure. This not only gave her confidence that the plumbing was being done well, but also helped build trust that the project as a whole will be well executed which is a is a bonus for me.

  Brody and Christian beautifully installed an insinkerator system for us. Brody ensured we were pleased with how the hardware looked out-of-the-box and discussed how it would be installed. He also ensured we understood the functionality and care of the product. Collectively, we all discussed our move forward selection of toilets and a kitchen faucet for our new home. Brody returned recently and assisted with a difficult removal of a dishwasher that was boxed in due to a previous mismanaged floor installation. He was able to remove the dishwasher without damaging the wood floor or cabinet .…. superior work! While onsite, Brody recognized our emergency shut-off valves under the kitchen sink were old, needing replacement and took the time to do so even though this extended his scheduled time. A special mention here, every time Brody has come to our home he ensures we are taken care of. Thank you!

  While my family and I were out of town, Josh with Alchemy Plumbing repaired a leak in our main water line near the meter. Josh was fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and thorough. Fortunately, we live just down the street from Alchemy Plumbing, and they were able to arrive on-site the same day and take care of the issue promptly. It was such a relief to come home to find everything already repaired and in good order. We really appreciate the quick response and quality service.

  We had an excellent experience with Alchemy Plumbing from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and clearly communicated every step of the process. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled a complicated set of repairs with care and expertise. They kept the work area clean, explained what they were doing in plain terms, and made sure everything was fully tested before leaving. What really stood out was their professionalism and patience while working in an occupied home. They stayed focused on getting the job done right and maintained a calm, respectful approach the entire time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. I would absolutely recommend Alchemy to anyone looking for reliable, skilled plumbers and will be calling them again for future work.

  Your tech came in, asked a couple questions. Assumed he knew what was up and started work without verifying anything I’d told him or how the garbage disposal was wired in. When he was “done” he realized it wouldn’t work that way and tried to blame me for not telling him everything. He removed the old one and saw how it was wired. I’m not the freaking professional in this situation. I was ready to have him rip out all his work and tell him to leave. $1500 in and I’m right back where I started? I was not happy. He suggested an air switch and said it would cost me yet another $300. My wife was dealing with him at this point as I was done. He finished the work. The only saving grace is that he decided to eat the cost of the air switch and refunded that to us. To reiterate, his work was done in a timely and professional manner and looks good. But blaming the homeowner when you should have verified the situation. Not cool.
