  I had a great experience with Alchemy Plumbing. Being a local company—and knowing the owner—it was an easy choice, but they absolutely delivered. They serviced my water heater and found sediment buildup at the bottom, which needed to be flushed out. Considering the home is only about eight years old, it was perfect timing to have it checked. They walked me through exactly what they found, why it mattered, and how flushing the system helps extend the life of the unit. I really appreciated that level of transparency and education. The team was professional from start to finish—on time, respectful of the home (booties on whenever they came inside), and very thorough with their work. Everything was put back together cleanly and running in top shape. Overall, just a solid crew that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend Alchemy Plumbing and appreciate the great service.

  Daniel and Max came by within 24 hours of us calling due to having kitchen sink and toilet issues. They’re making kept me updated via text on their arrival making my schedule smooth. I appreciated the language they used to help me understand what the issues were and how the four options and prices ranges to resolve the issue which gave me financial options which was helpful. Will use again and I love that they’re local :) thank you!!

  I had a leak in the garage with the washing machine and inside the house underneath the kitchen sink. Alchemy promptly scheduled me an appointment the next day. Daniel thoroughly tested the sink in the kitchen and garage as well as the washing machine drain. Everything worked great. He also tested the chlorine in the water and the water pressure. Everything was OK and we couldn't reproduce the issue. We are going to check the washing machine filter. It could be a temporary clog that blew through. As a new customer and with an Alchemy promotion the diagnosis was free. Daniel was thorough and professional. I will use alchemy again.

  Jeff from Alchemy is consummate professional and was easy to understand. He was willing to discuss options and provided his suggestions with regards to if certain fixes were worth the money. He spent extra time ensuring all my questions were answered making sure i understood my options. In a service based industry, trust and honesty is one of the most important things. Jeff has earned our business and will be returning for all future plumbing needs.

  Josh and Spencer were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and respectful. We had an issue with our hot water heater leaking from the bottom. Even though we had asked for a full replacement, they still took the time to examine the water heater to make sure it was necessary. They diagnosed the underlying issue as very high water pressure (which we knew previously to be true). They quoted us an upfront flat fee price that was fair and considerate. It did not change even though they ended up spending the entire day remedying the water pressure while installing a new water heater and expansion tank. They worked calmly, cleanly and carefully. Our normally barky dogs didn’t even realize they were there most of the day. They made sure that everything was installed correctly and double checked their work. It looked very high quality to us. In addition, they secured some other items for us to make sure we wouldn’t have any problems in the future. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. When asked about possible future problems to look out for, they were very confident in their work which put us at ease. The one year warranty on their work also put us at ease. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alchemy, especially Josh and Spencer.
