  Very bad customer service. The Receptionist was not helpful at all and also very curt. She even questioned why we were calling them and our problems we were having.

  We have used them in the past and were great! Had an issue with our pressure tank and called them again. I explained my issue over the phone and they came over and said I needed a plumber instead. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $125! I understand he had to take time to come out and I’m happy to pay for the visit but $125?! They say that’s their standard visit price and they don’t tell you that ahead of time so be warned if they even show up at your house, that’s how much you’re getting billed even if they aren’t able to fix your issue.
