- RNRichard NitzkowskiJul 21, 20255.0Arrived at second home to find no water. Called Aqua pump and Mike instructed me over the phone how to reset the system. I did and he said it was up to me whether or not to schedule service. I told him I would wait to see if it worked. It did but it was obvious i had some other issues. Called Mike back thinking it would be a week with no/low water. He rescheduled an existing appointment (they had water) and arrived within the hour. Had to change some pipes and the pump and completed the project the same day all while educating me on how everything worked. When done told me to send a check as I didn't have one with me to avoid cc fees. Mike does business the old fashioned way. Doesn't cut corners because his reputation is everything to him. Explains the options and genuinely cares about solving your problem in the most economical way possible. Don't think twice. Call Mike at Aqua Pure 2.0.

We ended up needing a new well vacuum tank replacement. The response time was terrific, the replacement process was fast, and Mike took the time to educate us, former city dwellers, on our well system. We couldn't be more pleased with Aqua Pump!!
