I've worked with other companies in the past that charged more for a diagnostic visit when they spent all of ten minutes looking at the system. Eric at Sky looked thoroughly at all components for an hour, took photos, ran various tests and provided a very useful overview at the end. He patiently answered all questions. I appreciate that I wasn't given a sales pitch for a replacement unit. They gave me multiple tiered options for working with the system I have (a lower priced band-aid option up through thorough work of replacing multiple components and shoring up ductwork). I asked for a quote for a replacement unit which they were able to schedule immediately. All around good first time experience with this company.
