At that time I added several panels to the plan as well as a level 2 car charger as I intended to purchase an EV soon thereafter. The installation went smoothly and everyone was very professional. I’m very happy with the system and haven’t had to purchase a single KWH in 3 years. Just as importantly, the service I have received since installation has been exceptional. I’ve had a couple small issues since then and the have responded and resolved these things very quickly. Impressive as I’m not very close to their main facility. I would highly recommend Pure Energy to anyone.

From the first appointment going over how many panels were needed to the installation of the solar panels, to now 4 years later still having good things to say about their service! They have always been extremely professional everytime I've had an encounter with any of their employees and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Years later they reached out to me about my wifi(because we changed routers and our password) and they were so helpful getting things fixed via email sending me instructional videos and step-by-step on what to do. I'm not good with anything to do with technology, so when that didn't work he offered to come help fix the problem in person. They were honest that it would be free most likely they can fix it for free and told me if they couldn't exactly how much it would cost. And it turned out to be free! So that was a great experience. The solar panels themselves have helped me pay hardly anything especially in the summer it took about a year and now I pay hardly anything for my power bill! Solar is definitely the future and also a benefit when deciding to sell your home solar panels add value! I can't say enough about my experience, it's been anazing.
