  Aaron did a great job! Solved the problem, and informed us of a larger issue. Backed up sink that we weren't able to solve ourselves, but came out on a Saturday and didn't charge us emergency pricing.

  These guys were great, efficient and cleaned up after. I had a main line run from the street to my house and it wasn't cheap but quality work isn't cheap. So far so good the leak is fixed and I'm happy with their service

  They came and gave me a $4500 quote on a very simple easy pipe fitting job, a job that another company quoted me $600 the day before. I declined and then received a call from someone else in the company with a very bad attitude. He seemed to be angry that I wouldn’t listen to his plumber mumbo jumbo he must use on boomers to get them to overpay for things. Anyways it didn’t work here, thanks for the laugh tho! 2 stars because they did come from out of town to meet me on short notice. Anyways you inspired me to do the job completely on my own so looks like I’ll be saving even more.

  I had them come out for a problem with my new washing machine drainage. The gentleman Used a handheld snake and was unable to get through the lint, However, he did talk with his boss and that boss said I needed to have my wall opened up and for $2000 they would put in a larger pipe to allow for the water to drain. I truly believed with this man said and paid $850 down to start the work the next day and had already paid $499 to have it snaked which didn’t even work and he didn’t have a machine that had the capabilities of Getting the lint unclogged.? So now I have little over $1300 into this and the next day when they were supposed to show up we called and they said well we thought the work was done already. We didn’t realize we need to just schedule another visit. They then sent someone else out who said well that is a 2 inch pipe and I said I know that’s why I’m not letting you touch my wall and they said they’ll talk to the manager and get back with me and left. Now I’ve called these people repeatedly only to have the woman say I will send this over to the managers and they will get back to you. I want my money back all of it. You lied to me, you took my money Acting like this was the only way that I’d ever be able to use my brand new washing machine. Well let me tell you I called Roto-Rooter and they came out within an hour and their snake went through everything and guess what my washing machine works fine and there’s no hole in my wall. I’m not sure what kind of a scam you’re running there, but I want my money back. Give me my money Deidre L Update review: I have spoken with the scheduler repeatedly over last several weeks and you can only speak with a scheduler. There is no number for this company that is not a scheduler and all they do is take down your information. Tell you that they will have someone look into it immediately and take care of this. They sent my daughter a text today (because they have her phone number because I work” and told her that I need to take down my review. They also said that I signed up for a service agreement which I did not and I realized the $1349 that they took from me. They never sent me any information about it and yet they had my email they could’ve found my daughter and made sure of an email address but I have nothing. The stuff in my bank account proves that they took the money and I signed for it because I thought they were a legit company. If you have plumbing problems, do not call this company. They are a rip off. I am adding their response to me, which I have called again twice today got the same scheduler who said she will have someone contact me and how very sorry she is that. I’m having a hard time. She also verified that there is no number that you can physically speak to someone other than a scheduler and they can make no decisions on anything.
