They were able to come out quickly to lay a new pex main water line for my house after I found that my existing water line had a leak right under the driveway! We did run into some issues about a month later due to some of the work that was performed. His team came back and covered the costs of some repairs and remediation even when they didn't technically need to. If you want great customer service, choose Alltech. :)

He is very up front of about challenges that may be experienced and communicates any changes that may come of it. This is important as each job seems to have its own challenges. Mike is super fair about pricing and is very professional. They are a very busy crew so scheduling can be a challenge, but its always worth it so that you can work with the best!

Mike fit me into the schedule which was a relief since I had a considerable water leak. I cannot recommend them more highly. Austin was the foreman and he was so thoughtful, hardworking and knowledgeable. Additionally, they were considerably less expensive than the two bids from other companies.
