  Kayla did a great job. She was very polite and professional. When she was done she took the time to make sure any questions I had were answered and even helped me set up the appointment for my next service.

  Mario is an exceptional HVAC Technician he is professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with his customers. He thoroughly explained what was the problem with my furnace and how he would fix the problem. He’s also a great listener answering all my questions.

  Eric was incredibly thorough with his diagnostic with our furnace. He explained everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done, with pictures and everything. Overall we needed to clean and replace most of the furnace, which was scary due to cost, but he broke it down for us in parts so we could take care of small sections over time. That is what trust worthy and quality service looks like. I felt very much at ease with everything due to his attention to detail. Thank you, Eric! Edited in addition to my first review: I had contacted Sky again for a plumbing need, as my toilet had a leak somewhere. Tim P. Came to "diagnose" the issue, simply felt the leak was coming from underneath the tank and without further investigation to pinpoint exactly where it was leaking from, as well as not even checking the entire quality of my toilet, told me I needed to pay over $1k for a brand new toilet....now I understand we are all trying to make money, but I think it's also safe to say that being told right away that I needed a new toilet was not professional or trustworthy by any means. I got a second opinion and fixed the problem for $50. Not impressed by Tim and I kind of felt taken advantage of.

  Joe was so good. He asked questions, listen to my concerns, and addressed everything very thoroughly. He went beyond my concerns, and offered advice more on the side of prevention maintenance, which I really appreciated. He also immediately contacted the team to schedule a second visit to address the issues that could not be completed during his visit. I highly recommend Joe and the whole team!
