- LTL Talwalkar4 days ago5.0Woke up on sunday to no heat on a new system and called Sky Heating and they scheduled me for next day service. They showed up with super communication letting me know who my service person was going to be- Morgan aka MacGyver. He was friendly, knowledgeable and found a loose wire right away. He got it working in no time. Next day I woke up to no heat again. Called them first thing in the morning and they showed up by 11 am. I was so lucky it was MacGyver to the rescue!! He found a small piece that was loose on the circuit board that he managed to fix….he brought out a blowtorch and heated a screwdriver and managed as a curtesy to fix the loose piece which ended up saving me over 1-2k…just super impressed with their willingness to help, their quick turnaround time, Morgan’s ingenuity in finding a way to fix a simple problem that would have rendered the board unusable and his friendly, easy going manner. Can’t recommend them enough. To Sky Heating and team keep up the great job and definitely keep and give Morgon a raise…he’s a great ambassador for your company and he is really good at fixing things 😃

David was polite, very informative and really knew his craft. He explained our options and was patient as we asked questions. He was every bit as skilled and professional as the electrician we had from Sky do work for us previously. Really appreciate the work ethic and customer service we have experienced from this company!
