Always gets right on helping you diagnose your problems and coming up with the best solution at the most reasonable price most recently my son was out of heat. The unit need to be replaced and he jumped right on getting the new part ordered and replaced the unit in very short order. Thanks again Eric for your hard work.

He was RUDE and had ignored questions I had asked and told me I could wait until he was finished with an angry tone. Never will I ever have this guy in my home again! I felt so uncomfortable almost like he tried to intimidate me! And was very uncomfortable for my guests who just do happen to be there when he showed up. His attitude is truly embarrassing! It’s not cool to try and intimidate a woman or anyone for that matter!
