Indoor Airman did an outstanding job insulating our home. Their team was professional, punctual, and explained the entire process clearly. Since the installation, we've noticed a significant improvement in indoor comfort and energy efficiency. I highly recommend their insulation services to anyone looking to improve their home's performance and reduce energy costs.

I received service about a year ago to replace part of my ductwork with metal as the main trunk was metal already. They told me I needed to replace the liner and all the insulation as well. Some of the screens needed to be repaired too because rats had chewed holes. I agreed to have the work done and, because it is a small crawl space and I am claustrophobic, they said they would take pictures for me but I have yet to see any pictures. I trust they did a good job because it’s all working well but would like to see what I paid $10,000 for. Plus they had to come back to tack up new insulation that had fallen down at the entrance. I work full time during the week days and I can’t afford to take time off work to wait at home for someone to show up whenever it is convenient for them. Communication with the office and the workers is terrible. The first day they came 2 hours later than expected so I was glad I had taken the day off work to figure out how to plan with them for the rest of the week. During the week I had to leave my side gate unlocked and the job took longer than they expected so went into the next week. Recently, the office said they would send a worker out 30 minutes before I leave for work to take pictures and the worker got here 5 minutes before I needed to leave so I said we had to reschedule. He said he would have the office call me but they haven’t called yet. I called a week later and left a message but they haven’t returned my call. There were other communication problems with the office and workers when the job was in process. At this point I am going to find someone else to go under the house to take pictures. Overall, I would give 3.5 starts because I am pretty sure the job was completed but I have no proof other than the system has worked well over the summer and they really need to work on their team communication.

When our A/C was struggling to cool the house last July they came out on short notice and sealed the attic and added insulation. They also handled the Energy Trust of Oregon rebate and we got an instant discount. Our house has remained cool all summer this year. Would definitely go with them again for any future HVAC needs.

Indoor Air came out to fix my 2 year old heat pump/AC unit. It continued to give me problems so they called in a specialist who came and fixed it perfectly. I haven’t had one problem since and couldn’t be happier with their products & service. Happy customer.
