  Tried about 10 times to get them to give us a quote on 2 plastic floats. We have tried since November. Im having to go outside in the weather and manually turn on the pump, all winter long, because these floats are broken. It's always oh sorry we forgot about you, we will get right back with you. Well it's April.... Finding another company who values their customers. Crap Buisness Model 💩

  Evans Plumbing were the only company in the area who could send anyone out for an emergency call when my basement studio in Astoria was flooding during an early November downpour. They arrived within 30 minutes of my calling, determined where the clog was (roots in an old part of the sewer line where it connects to the street), and got it cleared before the water in the basement did any damage. The two guys who came out were professional, friendly, and efficient. And, for an emergency call, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

  My wtr 18 yr old heater failed and Evans P showed up the same day. Went back to shop, picked up wtr heater and installed. I am very pleased with the response, care on install and expertise. Its not easy to get qualified plumbers on the coast to respond this quickly. My hat's off to EP.

  I had a hot water heater replaced and two toilets replaced. The experience really could not have been better. The back office folks are extremely friendly and responsive. And Matt and Jesus did a really good job. They hit a few challenges along the way, but we’re pretty clever and working through them without dragging things out. We also found that one of the two toilets was cracked and could not be installed. I’m only in town for a couple days and they weren’t available on the second day – so I asked Matt if he thought I could install a replacement toilet myself. He very patiently walked me through the process, and even help me pick out an alternative toilet that I could pick up at Home Depot. Now, the more lucrative thing for Evan’s plumbing is for them to come back and do the second install sometime later - but Matt was completely flexible and helpful. So as far as I’m concerned, these guys have picked up a customer for life and I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks team! You guys rock!

  Great service with the faucet replacement, but we’re still waiting for an estimate on adding a water filter.
