  Chip was excellent salesman, he wasn’t pushy or belittling. He gave us a good price without playing games or other tactics. Foreman Max and his crew did an excellent job on the install. It was done in two days. They put a new roof on my shed, which wasn’t on the bid. I thought this was a nice touch. I have no complaints and would recommend this company to friends and family.

  I commend Expert Roofing for excellent work to install a new roof on our home in 2020. Recently we received an unsolicited phone call to check on the roof. We reported a few raised nails and some raised caulking that had been identified by cleaners. The next day Max Stoneburg came to our home to check the entire roof and take care of the maintenance. After his work, he explained to me all that he had done. I was impressed with his pleasant and professional manner, his knowledge of roofing in general, and his thorough work. The warranty was fully honored. Our roof is attractive and we expect to enjoy it for many years.

  Our beautiful new roof was just installed by Expert Roofing, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the process, from our initial call to set up an appointment, to Chip Southerland quickly coming out to spend several hours inspecting our roof and devising a plan, to the hard-working and energetic team of roofers with Max Stoneburg as the project manager. When we built our house 21 years ago, the roof installation (by another company) was substandard and there were some serious problems that had developed over the years. Chip identified the issues and came up with the solutions, even connecting us with someone who will do some repairs to an unfinished attic room. Max was on-site every day, making sure things were running smoothly and that we were satisfied. Although the weather had been forecast to be sunny, it didn't last and some of the work was done in the rain, but this was not a problem for the intrepid roofers! Although this was not a cheap project (about $58K), it is a high quality roof with the best materials and warranties for materials and labor, and was still about half the price of another local roofing company. We did not have to wait long at all once we decided to go forward with the project- it was less than a week after our initial inspection by Chip. We highly recommend Expert Roofing!

  Love the new roof! My roof was 21 years old and Expert came out and told/walked me through everything that was wrong with it and how there system of roofing would help ventilate my attic better and how it would just be better. I know sounds like I got sold. But they did my two story house in just two days! They came with a crew and got it done in a timely manner. I had Max as the site manager and he updated me through the whole thing. Answered any questions I had and explained everything as they were doing. Very knowledgeable at his job and made sure everything was getting installed to there company code and requirements. They cleaned up well everyday but you can’t get every nail as my wife’s tire blew out on highway after day 1 of them being here. They were brand new tires so I could only assume that a nail from my roof got into her tire somehow when we parked the cars back in the driveway. Expert took it on the chin and worked with me. Very happy about how they handled this and even spent more time cleaning up around the house when finished. There front desk ladies are very professional and they get you answers when needed. Leah got an answer to my roof question I needed for my home insurance very fast. And she was super nice. Will definitely be returning to them for my siding and windows here in the near future. Great business, great people, awesome workers.

  Wow!, much better than I expected. The roof looks great and was done very quickly (between rainy days). Glad to work with a local company, the service is appreciated. Tyler at the initial dining room table visit was very patient with my technical questions. Thanks Tyler!! And Thanks for the cookies!
