Steve was wonderful to work with, he explained our options and the process very clearly. If we ever need another shed, the first place we would go is back to Steve at Tuff Shed.

Even after our project was moved to the Portland office for scheduling he was willing to answer questions and provide updates. The shed options were versatile and it was helpful to see different models with the available features at the lot. The only issue we came across was being told by the installer that the second coat of paint would be applied the week following installation only to find out that there's a policy against painting during certain months so no second coat until spring. Not a big deal, but frustrating to hear one thing from the installer and then another from the scheduler. Tuff Shed Eugene, and most definitely Steve Lemelin, gave us great service and an excellent product.
- PBPaul BarthNov 22, 20254.0The ordering and design for our 10x10 premier tall shed was pretty easy and event free in Eugene Oregon. The install, on the other hand was a little rough. We were scheduled for install on a Monday. I got a call early that Monday morning saying someone had to call out so the install appointment will be the following day. 1pm on Tuesday rolls around and no word from Tuff Shed. I call the scheduling department in Portland and had to leave a voicemail. I contacted the sales rep who I worked with via email, no response. I finally filled out a contact us form on their main webpage and within an hour I received a call back. I was never really told what the issue was but they refunded some money for the lack of communication and the 3 days I had to take off work for them to install it. They got a crew from Portland that was great and it probably worked out for the best because that crew finished the install before any rain started. If it had been installed Monday or Tuesday, it would have gotten really wet as they were building it. I think my situation was uncommon, they made it right. I'd do business with them again.
