  This review is long overdue, but it is very appropriate that I sit in my house and am no longer afraid of hearing the rain because of Renaissance roofing. They replaced our roof in March 2025. They were professional, on time, kind and knew what they were doing. In the 8 months since their work, we have found four nails on the property and all them were deep in bushes up against the house. They cleaned up and ran the magnets every day and, honestly, were just fabulous to work with for the entire process. Highly, highly recommend the entire crew.

  We used Renaissance Roofing to have a new roof put on our house last winter. While speaking with the man who did the initial quote we made it very clear that if there was any part of the fascia board that was rotten we wanted it replaced, and were assured that would be included in the quote (with the understanding that if more was found while the roof was being replaced a cost would be added on, but it would be replaced). They replaced one of our facia boards and the wood that was used already has a giant knot that has fallen out of it and looks awful. While painting our house this summer we found multiple other spots that needed to be replaced but clearly were not addressed. We are now having gutters put on and the company putting our gutters up found more rotten facia boards that were not taken care of by the roofing company. It’s frustrating because this was clearly addressed in the bid. They also drove through our yard while it was wet leaving giant tire treads in our grass.. Our roof itself looks great, and the workers were timely, professional and efficient. unfortunately I can’t give a good review when we’re still finding more that needs to be repaired that should’ve been taken care of when the roof was replaced.

  I loved the entire process of what could be a very confusing process. David was super responsive either by phone, in person or texts. The company was very flexible with our changing schedule. The work crew, Led by Felix, was on time, super consistent and gave great advice. Because of Covid-19, the entire team used social distancing with us. They even were flexible with how we were able to pay. I would recommend Renaissance Roofing to anyone looking for quality at a very competitive price.

  Had a great experience from start (bidding process) to finish! Would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone, in fact I've already referred one job to them. David was great to work with and answered all of our questions. They were able to modify a few materials used for my preference. Rachel and the rest of the team were very communicative about scheduling, even with a rain delay. They even brought their own porta-poty to use during the duration of the project. At the end of each day, the job site was cleaned up perfectly and we didn't even find one nail. During the final walk-through, a few minor (& I mean very minor) items were discovered. They were more than helpful making sure these items were handled properly and even went above and beyond to surprise me. Our new roof looks fantastic and we have already received multiple compliments from our neighbors!

  Utilized this company for a new shingle roof. Very easy to work with company, they helped walk us through every step and answered all our questions. They made themselves available after the roofing was complete for questions or concerns. Would recommend.
