They both pulled away from their jobs and started Pacific Plumbing & Rooter in 2013. They have rapidly grown to be one of the top plumbing companies in the community. With both growing up and raising families in Eugene they are very dedicated to providing the highest level of quality service and give back to the communities with donating to youth sports. The dedication they give to their employees while being a small local business is unmatched.

    Jim Glavin was our service technician that came out to our residence. It took awhile for Jim to locate the problem. It was a clogged pipe that went to our septic which caused a back up. Jim analyzed the problem and fixed it. Jim was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain to me the problem and address it. Turns out that Jim is a customer of mine through my employer. I would recommend your company for its fast and timely service. Great service.

    I contacted them about a laundry drain that was backing up…. They came out and performed the service, then about 30-45 minutes later later I realized the kitchen sink was know draining very slow, upon realizing that new issue I called the office ( 5:45 pm) I got the office after hours line. I sent them an email explaining the issue and at 8:00 am I got a call and was able to have the same technician come out , the tech and his service was great, he unclogged the kitchen drain ( the kitchen drain was not plugged prior to the night before laundry drain service )($179.00 show up fee.. and $75.00 to go on roof to snake the drain thru vent.) Upon completion the tech said the service was $75.00 not his fault because he billed as per company guidelines. I reached out to the office ( email) By close of business the same, got a reply that the “drain supervisor “ would be in contact with me … it’s been 3 days as of this evening without getting any contact from the supervisor. Sent a follow up the day after I never heard back and asked if I could reach out myself with supervisor! Big surprise no response. In my email I expressed my concern about being charged an additional $75.00 since I just paid $254.00 and tried to contact them within 30-45 min the same evening when we realized the kitchen sink became clogged! My complaint is the lack of follow up from the office supervisor. I’m no longer going to continue using the company for the poor customer support from office and mgmt.

    I called PPR first thing in the morning. They sent Mason out that afternoon and he arrived early! 😀 Mason got right to work, found the problem, and fixed it. It was a clogged cast iron pipe. Mason showed me the video he took and where the clog had been. He made sure that the toilet and shower were funtioning properly again. He explained that there is 35' of cast iron pipe that will need to be replaced with pvc pipe because the cast iron is getting very thin at the bottom and will eventually rupture under the house. He collected all the information to get me an estimate. Mason was knowledgeable, professional, time efficient, and successful! I really appreciate his excellent service... it is wonderful to still have family owned businesses that care about their work and customers. Thank you!

    Great service. Wanted my exterior frost free 1960 hose bib replaced before it was a problem. He came out for an estimate but was able to replace same day. Hunter was fabulous, he crawled under the house and replaced both and prepped it so I could feed it in so he didn’t need to crawl duplicate times. Lovely man!

    Joe P and Will showed up 30 minutes after I called (apparently a lucky coincidence, and great work from the dispatcher!). They replaced the kitchen sink water cutoffs and the faucet in great time. Got some good tips on drying out the area. They left everything clean and orderly. My stressful situation was resolved faster than expected. Fast friendly service that I will definitely call first next time we have any issues.
