Used them again today to repair a 1940's toilet flange cemented into the cement house pad. Yet again, different tech, great attitude, creative/smart problem solving skills, and cleaned up the area really well. I'll always do business with this company. Oh and the labor price is +/- half of roto-rooter. Will use them in the near future for a complete kitchen under-sink re-piping fixing previous owners RTV gasket fix headache. Homeownership woe's... right!?!

They accidentally installed the wrong product but took full responsibility and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. They also offered to pay for the inspection of the new installation.
