  I never thought I'd write a review for a portable toilet company, but I have to say that after working with this company on countless events, I feel compelled to share what an amazing experience I've had every single time. They are all so friendly, professional, flexible and helpful. They have helped us come up with solutions for all kinds of events that we've hosted, and have gone above and beyond every single time. And their units are the cleanest I've ever seen! They have some of the fanciest bathroom trailers, too, with lights, running water, AC, etc. - very impressive!

  Can't say I'm impressed. I called for a holding tank, paid the rental and delivery fee and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Come Thursday, when it hadn't arrived I called to learn they delivered it to the wrong house on Wednesday. I was told I could go get it, really? I explained I couldn't do that and they offered to come out the following week to move it. I explained that wouldn't really work as I needed to dump my on board tanks. I then inquired about receiving a credit to my account for a portion of the delivery fee, since they failed to deliver as promised. I was told that wouldn't happen. So, I asked that all funds be returned to me so that I could find another provider and was informed that would not be able to happen until next week. Apparently, it takes a week to get anything done with this business. Very dissatisfied.
