- MLMatt LevensJan 16, 20251.0My wife and I showed up on Saturday to tour the model home. Zillow and Redfin show them as being an open house. As we walked up to the model home the lady turned us away and asked if we could come back later on in the evening. I’ve never had a model home turn me away. When it comes to the biggest purchase in an area that has multiple builders and many many options. You would think that customers service would be important. I guess not with Richmond American homes. Be prepared that if you take a 45min drive to Estacada that they might not let you in.
