- JPJeanne Phillips2 days ago2.0Ended up paying over $1400 for just septic tank pumped. Owner accessed the tank prior to arrival. They left without covering up the tank and left damage to the drive. I would make sure you get a set price before you have any work done. We reached out to management prior to writing this review, but they did not respond. We will not use again.

On the phone was discussed prices for 500 gallon tank vs 1000 tank but was not discussed there could be additional charges cleaning out. Though this was the 1st time hiring anyone to pump out tank so didn't know what to expect as well. Overall we are vety happy with the service we received. Would recommend and return.
