  I came in on a Monday and rented a rental trailer and rented it for the whole day but used it probably half the day. On all the paperwork it says I paid $119 a day for the trailer. I was charged $119 Plus $74.38 on top of that. I brought it back early and was told I was going to get a discount for not using it the whole day. I was credited back $74.38 after being charged that. I paid $193 when I left out of there. So when I'm told the $119 was a half-day charge because the trailer actually was $154 a day supposedly.I called in and tried to figure out what was going on with that whole ordeal. Was told that the trailer was $154 a day for the rental and the 119 fee was actually the half-day rate. The paperwork says $119 a day to rent, nothing about $154 a day for the rental fee so I'm not even sure how they got those numbers. I will never go back down there and rent another thing from that place ever again. and I know these people like to stop by job sites and try to earn business and I hope they don't try stopping by my job site bugging me about renting from them. I probably won't have anything nice to say most likely! If you're going to do something like that, you need to make sure you put 154 four dollar Day rate not $119. The charges don't make any sense to me. Definitely not a happy customer and feel like I got taken advantage of. Update: I was never contacted about this from management. Absolutely no way we can do business in the future with this kind of nonsense. Peterson Cat in north bend is the best place to rent from!

  The equipment you need, when you need it, to get the job done quickly and easily. Be aware, if you have United deliver, they'll rake you over the coals. (You need a 1/2 ton or bigger truck to pull the equipment trailer.)

  by the day, they may be more expensive than others, by design, BUT they most definetley, have some of the best pricing, in the area, on longer term rents, somebody commented a competitor would do it for 50% less, BUT, at the end of the day , whatever you receive in value, will also be 50% less, ,irregular business hours, mostly worn out inventory, bad attitudes, and last but not least, a over zealous parking lot cop, you might be sorry if you fell in that trap, you get what you pay for, and yes i have been to both businesses
