- JKJeff KleindienstSep 20, 20245.0Great experience. In and out with chipper in about 10 minutes. Chipper broke down after a few minutes. Got $73. refund on a $400. rental. Think I got shafted on the deal.
- BLBrandon LloydJun 16, 20233.04/27/23 Rented a 6" chipper. Put a 4'' piece of older wood in the machine. It jammed and the project was not completed, or even close. The machine was returned right away. A PARTIAL refund was given: of $373.94 $208.25 was returned. This was an issue because we purchased the rental protection when we rented the machine to cover any issues. In addition, it was never specified that the machine would only take wood in certain conditions. Bottom line is that the machine did not function as described. You need to do a better job describing to customers what the machines are capable of BEFORE taking their money. Renting the machines out and then telling people on the backside is not acceptable. When we tried to discuss this, the tone of the conversation has been very much that you are doing us a favor by not issuing a full refund and that we should be glad that we are not paying to unjam it. This business has shown that it values be "right" over making your customers feel valued. In the long run, that will cost you more. We have asked for documentation that describes the machine capabilities were covered before the rental. That was ignored. As stated above, we stayed within the size limits, and that was all that was covered. 6/26/23 Review update: Full refund has been completed and we appreciate efforts to restore customer relationships.

- APAdam PalmerJun 15, 20211.0Well when I call and reserve something and your employees tell me you open at 7 a.m. no problem and I show up at 6.55 and see 8 on the door . And I have to be somewhere at 9.a.m. it puts a massive delay. So I call corporate and they say only coosbay opens at 8 . So I tell them we'll send someone down as you told me they opened at 7. For which the reply was nope we can't do that. So I had to cancel my reservation and tell the customer I was going to be late in the future do not forward calls to a random call center mabye answer the phone in the location a customer calls so this never ever happens again very unprofessional
