  We all know sometimes things break at unexpected times. Well that happened with our 12’ garage door. I called 4 different garage door companies for estimates and Ponderosa Garage Doors responded immediately! Even with it being later in the day Ken Fielding showed up the same day I called for help. We came to an agreement and ordered our door that day. Ponderosa had great communication throughout the process, we had a great install team and our new door works flawlessly. I recommend Ponderosa over and over. They are a great company to work with!

  Ponderosa Garage Doors did an install in which they did a fabulous job a week before I somehow erased the setup. I called them and within several hours Nic was at my house reprogramming. And asking me if there was anything else I needed done before he left. I promised I wouldn’t I wouldn’t try to program anything myself anymore. 😂 This company is awesome.

  When my garage door wouldn’t close, my home warranty company sent out Ponderosa Garage Doors and we simply could not be more pleased. We’ve been blessed to work with three amazing service technicians for the initial visit, installation, and to “tweak” a crimped wire. Many thanks to Austin, Mike, and Sebi for their warmth, kindness, expertise, and amazing troubleshooting skills. We love our new garage door, it is a beautiful match to our home, and we recommend Ponderosa with no reservations and look forward to working with them for many years to come. Thank you so very much!

  Jesse at Ponderosa was awesome. He diagnosed the issues, provided multiple options for repair, and installed the new hardware all in the same day. There was no high pressure sales or trying to talk us into anything we didn’t need. The office staff were equally awesome, they answered my questions and were able to schedule Jesse the next day. I would totally recommend Ponderosa to anyone.

  Really professional company from start to finish. The quote was great, service was easy and quick, beautiful door, very friendly, and the installation was perfect. We had a garage door installed for a house we remodeled and I will be calling them again for my new garage at my own house. I also love that they service all the way out to Columbia county, Oregon and don’t charge extra. Would definitely recommend this company, ten stars.
