  Was expecting more home depot/Lowe's concept, but not really sure what to expect beyond that. They are open to the public, but definitely geared towards contractors with volume orders over time. They also have a massive lumber yard if you need anything wood Staff was friendly and helpful. Just don't expect home depot or Lowes experience. Expect more of a rural lumber/builder supply house in a large scale of materials. They seem to have a lot of items to sell, it is just not all on pallet racks for you to peruse. You ask the help at the counter and they will help you. Like they even know they are expected to help you, and not just cover a break in unfamiliar territory. Even a person not directly involved with me tried assisting a bit, but had missed my intended usage statement, which was not typical for the item in question. On price alone, he has a better solution, but it did not assist in mitigating external noise as i was iintending to. Overall a good experience, especially when I was not sure what to expect

  On multiple purchases they required I pay a $30.00 deposit for a pallet because they don't want to unload the pallet. They also require you maintain the receipt for return of the deposit. After spending precious time digging through about 1000 project receipts, I find what I thought was the correct most recent receipt(s). Drive to their location, drop off the pallet and wait in the rain for a yard ticket. Then the front counter tells me I don't have the correct receipt. After 20 minutes waiting for them to figure it out, I give up getting a refund and demand my pallet back. So in total I am out $60.00 in time and milage etc plus the $30.00 for the pallet totaling $90.00. I will never do business with these idiots that cannot refund a deposit again! Update 12/9/25: I called your customer service and spoke with Cameron. He offered contact with the GM at that location. I explained that there is a business policy issue that needs to be fixed across all locations. When I walk into a Home Depot I scan my credit card and I am issued a refund instantly. I return beverage containers for deposit and no receipt is required. Why do I need to produce a valid receipt and spend 1/2 hour + of my time, costing me $60 for a $30 deposit refund? If your vendor is charging you $30 deposit per pallet what difference does it make that makes a receipt required or not (unless your marking up the deposits)? The pallets are clearly marked with the suppliers name.
