  Whoever was driving today 2/24/26 on 205 around 830 am should never be behind the wheel of a work van. 981 JCA license plate. Horrendous driver. I have the video on my dash camera. Almost caused an accident. Pulling out into traffic not looking. Changing lanes erratically. Terrible. Great way to represent the company

  Ricky was very kind and patient when he came to do the routine, free maintenance service they provide on the new furnace they installed for us in ‘24. I was late arriving home for the appointment and he said he didn’t mind at all. Very sweet to our animals and very professional and clean. High recommended A-Temp.

  Alex and his crew went over and above normal expectations to get my furnace replaced when it quit in very cold temperatures. They were quick to help me get heat restored to my home. They handled unexpected road blocks, were Friendly, helpful, polite and cleaned everything up better than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend A-Temp.

  Approximately 20 year old furnace needed replacement. Did company comparisons and chose A-Temp to install replacement furnace. Appreciated A-Temp reaching out to me to schedule free 1 year inspection of furnace. Technician (Brent-ncian, he's not in the commercial and should be!) arrived as scheduled. He acted in a professional manner throughout the inspection and was pleasant to speak with, as he explained what he had done, the results of the inspection and, answered questions intelligently. Furnace was installed properly by A-Temp including sealing of connections/vent pipes and proper leveling of furnace to prevent water accumulating inside the furnace, which could cause rust. Please contact A-Temp for price quotes as each situation is different and posting that information here might be misleading. Found A-Temp to be easy to work with, reasonably priced, they employ capable technicians, and have exhibited ethical business values.

  I normally never do reviews, but A+ Temp was pretty great and definitely deserves some kudos. My husband and I have had ongoing issues with the auxiliary heat strips running which is blowing up our electricity bill. I called A+ this morning and the office person was super friendly, and knowledgeable, she walked me through some thermostat options but we were not able to resolve it. She had multiple times they could have a tech out same day. I opted for the 4-6 arrival window due to my work schedule. I received a Text when tech AJ was on the way as anticipated around 4:00. AJ arrived on time and got to it. He found some wiring issues. Some other error codes and was not able to address 100% of the issues due to the manufacturer s tech support being closed. AJ was very personable and knowledgeable and I feel confident that we made progress in determining what is causing the excessive auxiliary heat strip usage. A follow up appointment is scheduled for Monday when tech support is available. Over all great experience with everyone at A+ and AJ seems like a real keeper.
