However, we did not receive a reminder of appointment and/or confirmation of appointment by A-Temp back team and were surprised by Berch's visit first thing in the morning. I called a-temp customer service and female customer representative was a rude and adamant they had done their jobs. Never saw message, text and/or vMail from a-temp. We will re-evaluate our a-temp annual contract going forward.

He took the extra step to check the gas pressure to our furnace and discovered it was running too low — something that could have easily been missed. Because of that, we were able to call the gas company, and it turned out we needed a new gas meter installed. What really stood out was that even the gas company technician was impressed that Derek checked the gas pressure in the first place. That level of attention to detail and professionalism is rare. Huge thanks to Derek for being thorough, knowledgeable, and truly looking out for our safety and comfort. Highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

He found a potential problem in my heating system and explains it to me carefully in layman's terms that I could understand. And when I explained to him that I could not afford any solution at the moment, he told me about several ways that I might get help. All in all, Brian took very good care of me and I sincerely appreciate his help. I'm not at all surprised, because S- temp always takes very good care of me.

They arrived sooner than expected — yay they were able to fit us in, called to see if that worked and gave us an eta. Perfect!!! They sent a photo and name of technician. Ozzy was wonderful. Thorough, detail oriented and knew what to do. We were so comfortable we did not hesitate to get on their maintenance program. We felt instant trust based on our interaction with Ozzy and felt really good about our choices. From start to finish all hands that touched this call were exceptional, friendly, polite and caring. Then Ozzy — wow. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!
