  In my first experience a couple years ago I had another plumber from a larger local company come out and try to find a leak that had been going on for two months. That plumber spent 90 minutes in the crawlspace and gave up, saying it must be a leak in the main pipe between the street and house. I called Ron a couple weeks later. He got out of his van, walked up to a spot at the corner of the house, picked up a lid off the sidewalk and said "here's your problem." It took Ron less than 60 seconds to find what the other plumber gave up on. Since then he has fixed a couple other pinhole leaks in my copper pipes which led me to decide to re-pipe the house. Ron and Dillan just finished re-piping my whole house. They did a great job. Both of them are personable, fun, and I was shocked how few holes they had to make in the drywall (they arranged for drywall repair too). They made it a lot less disruptive than I was expecting and I am glad I don't have to worry about more copper leaks anymore. PLUS, for the first time I can ever recall from a service provider, the final bill was LESS than the estimate, which was also about 20 percent less than the quote I got from a larger outfit that advertises.

  Ron's service was excellent.Called him on a damaged water heater after our long-time plumber gave us the runaround on pricing and response time. Abetter came within a couple of hours, and did an excellent job. His price was about half of what another plumber has quoted us; my wife argued that we were being under-charged. Fortunately, she lost.

  Beware! Last May I had them do some plumbing repairs at my home. They were very responsive, arrived on time, completed various repairs one being a toilet that was constantly running, however the handle on my toilet still does not work properly and is still running I have contacted them four times since May they made two appointments but did not show or respond to calls and texts. Not sure what is going on with this business.
