  Elliott is the best! Elliott was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the issue and the solution before moving forward. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. He worked efficiently without cutting corners, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. It’s not often you come across someone who combines skill, integrity, and genuine care for their craft the way Elliott does. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

  Ethan O is a great representative of Roth Heating, Cooling, and garage door service. Customer service is top notch and he is very skilled at what he does - garage door spring broke recently and parts were ordered asap and arrived sooner than expected. Serviced quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended and I am hard to please!!

  Casey was very professional and likeable. He did a good job. He ended up having to access the main bathtub faucet from the diningroom side (it was obvious that it has been opened up there before) in order to replace the clogged cold water side abd the whole faucet. He put the drywall back in the hole and covered it with plastic. He replaced the filter on my water filter and drained the water heater.

  We have a smoke detector in our bedroom that kept beeping and needed a new battery. It's located on a 12+ ft ceiling so impossible for us to change it ourselves. JR was the excellent electrician who came promptly at the designated time to take care of it. He checked the dates on 2 of the alarms and gave us good information about what needed to be done. He was professional, quick, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely ask for him again when the occasion arises. So grateful for this being taken care of the same day we had the problem and on a Saturday as well. Outstanding service! Thank you!

  Although there were a few issues along the way with wrong parts ordeees, it was taken care of fast and efficiently. That's all that matters to me! Vincent was amazing. He was very polite and figured it out. He explained everything along the way and was super professional. Highly recommend Roth and Vincent.
