  We woke up to a soaked carpet, water soaked walls etc in our kitchen. We found the water line to the refrigerator had failed during the night. We were able to shut the water off but didn't know if the plumbing was still leaking inside the wall. I called Severson to get some emergency help since my regular service provider that I have a monthly contract with wasn't able to provide immediate help! Paul was very courteous, helpful and understanding to my situation and scheduled Brian to come to our home as soon as possible. Brain was here in 1 1/2 hours from the time of my call and was able to resolve the problem.We had a compression coupling on the ice maker/water line to the refrigerator that failed over night causing extensive water damage to our kitchen, pantry, walls, flooring, carpeting, adjoining bedroom floor etc. Thankfully there wasn't any more leaking but unfortunately the damage was already done! I whole heartedly recommend Seversons.

  Exceptional service every step of the way. They were at our house for an emergency call in under an hour! So grateful for Craig and Brian and every member of their wonderful team. They are now our go to plumbers.

  2/19 620 am. Driving south on highway 97. Two severson vans Please educate your drivers about not camping in the passing lane, especially if they are driving 10 mph under the speed limit ( driving at 55 ) This lane is dedicated to those who are passing people on the right lane. So if you are staying in that lane driving slow, you are holding up traffic. I gave the driver a gentle reminder to move over if they are not passing by flashing my high beams. The driver would not move over. Thank you!

  When you need a plumber you really NEED one, they were somehow able to get here almost immediately, fixed the problem in under an hour, charged me a totally reasonable rate and left, like can I leave six stars?

  Awesome first time experience with Severson’s! Left voicemail at 7:30am, received callback before 8 am, tech diagnosed problem before 11 am, new water heater up and running by 3 pm. Incredibly friendly and informative techs. And not pushy for more expensive products. We will definitely be using Severson’s for all plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend!
