  We got in over our heads on a large remodel during the pandemic. Things got real desperate when we had to part ways with our original GC, who unfortunately oversold their ability to manage a project of this scale. That’s when a friend introduced us to Ezra. This friend had hired Ezra to build his home and couldn’t say enough good things. That introduction saved us. From the start, Ezra was just different. He genuinely cared, and you could feel his integrity from day one. It wasn’t an easy time to build—material costs were rising fast, and labor was hard to come by—but Ezra kept the job moving forward. He worked well with us and our designer to bring the new space to life, and he added his own creative touch in all the right ways. One of the highlights was his high-end timber work—especially at the entryway and exterior corbels, which gave the home a warm, elevated look that still blows us away. Ezra just has “it.” If you’re lucky enough to work with him, you’re in great hands

  Ezra Ross was great to work with!  We are so happy with our newly remodeled home.  We not only completely remodeled the kitchen and all the bathrooms, but added new square footage for an in-law suite.  He worked well with our architect anytime we uncovered a new remodel "surprise", had amazing employees and had a solid portfolio of subs.  We love our newly remodeled home and highly recommend Ezra as a General Contractor.

  My experience with Ezra (Ross Homes) has been nothing but positive in every way. I purchased a new home that still needed to be built. I was out of state for most of the build, making a few visits during the process. There were many concerns, being out of state during the build. Every time I called Ezra, he answered or called me back in the appropriate time. Ezra was always professional yet very comfortable and welcoming to talk to. Every time I came to check on the house, Ezra was sure to meet me at the house and answer any questions. I purchased the house in October 2001and moved in June 2022. I was receiving photos during the build which I so appreciated. I was surprised to see building continued during the snow season. On the day of the move in, we arrived at 10pm from out of state. The house was amazing, clean, and ready to make a home. All the requests I made during the build were completed. I was so happy with the quality of the home, appliances, and the finish work. I have to say, all of Ezra’s contracts were also amazing. I later used Ezra company to build a patio cover (which I’m so happy with). I also used Ezra’s Landscaper (Jimmy Browne from Greenlife) to landscape my backyard. I’m super happy with the results. I’ve been in the house 11 months now, I have had one small issue with my water, I called Ezra and he showed up along with two of his guys and solved my problem immediately. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Ross Homes when choosing a builder. I have had a great experience and feel like I made some new friends along the way with Ezra and his crew.   Ezra and his team are too-notch. Having worked for a production home-builder, it is amazing to see the quality and craftsmanship that went into what they considered a production home. They were the builders for our first home in 2017 and we were so happy and satisfied, that we engaged them to possibly build a custom home for us in 2021. Unfortunately, life had other plans for us and we relocated out of state. Currently having our next home built and wish we could fly RossBuilt to Arizona to get it done to our expectations again. The home Ezra and his team build will structurally outlive your great-great-grandkids. Thank you RossBuilt! The Boswell Family

  New home purchase in NE Bend late 2019. The quality of build is excellent with great follow up regarding corrective action. Highly recommend over the "big" builders in Bend-Redmond.
