What an amazing builder & group of sales agents to work with! They are all so fun, bubbly, friendly, and there to support and guide you through your new home purchase. Feels like good friends you're working with. The sales team, warranty and construction team still keep in touch with you after you close regarding touch ups and surveys. They really care about what their homeowners think and feel. Would absolutely recommend this builder to friends or family. You won't be disappointed choosing New Home Co! :)

I would recommend this company to anyone! Everyone I met was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Tricia was especially helpful, patient and friendly to us during our house buying journey. If you’re on the market for a new home definitely check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

This company has been nothing but fantastic to work with. I never hear any issues from the home buyers. They are always pleased with New Home Co. The staff has always been extremely kind and willing to help vendors and or anyone who does business with them. I am in this community often and some of you may recognize my name! 10/10 I would recommend this builder to my friends and family.

False promises. Terrible closure experience. Still dealing with the management and construction issues of this home. Speedy build and complete neglect afterwards. Proud of their net production instead of quality and satisfied experience of their clients.
