  Got up this morning - of course it was Saturday morning - and the garage door wouldn’t open ( broken springs ). Called Dave’s who put in this unit in 2012. Very nice person on the call said she could schedule us for late afternoon, 4 to 6 pm service call. I couldn’t believe same day service! Told me Jared would call about 30 minutes before heading to our house. Well, Jared called 30 minutes later and said he had a cancellation and was already close to our place and could he work us in early. Of course I said YES! Jared was great! Super knowledgeable and nice guy too, and very efficient. He was here and gone in 30 minutes - garage door fixed! Jared cleaned up any mess and was on his way before 10AM. My Saturday is back to normal! Thanks Dave’s Garage and Jared!

  I had a broken garage door spring and called Dave’s Garage Doors for help. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Ted was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and had everything repaired much faster than I expected. Ted was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. My garage door now works better than ever, and I really appreciate the quality service. I highly recommend Dave’s Garage Doors—and especially Ted—for anyone needing reliable, fast, and trustworthy garage door repair!

  For YEARS we have had this janky set up for our garage openers. They were so loud and obnoxious, our sweet neighbors would tease us about knowing when we were coming and going! FINALLY decided to have Dave’s Garage Doors come and bring us into modern times. Our technician, Drew, was AMAZING! Our openers are quiet and smooth and AMAZING! He even programmed our vehicles so we don’t need remotes (our others were so old, we had to use remotes). All to say, working with this company has been a great experience and we highly recommend them!!

  Responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and stellar communication. Requesting a quote was easy and scheduling quick and 100% reliable even offering a quicker appointment to coincide with being in the area. Jared was an excellent communicator, super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We received two similar quotes and decided to go with Dave’s based on the level of confidence we had in Jared. He returned the following week and had the door up and running in no time with an unexpected sharp reduction in the noise just from the repair at the price quoted. We would recommend Dave’s without hesitation and if you’re fortunate enough to have Jared respond you are in good hands!

  Exceptional Service from Dave’s Garage Doors! My garage door had been giving me trouble for the past five years. I tried DIY fixes a few times, which worked temporarily, but eventually the problem got worse — and I started to worry it might fail completely. I contacted Dave’s Garage Doors, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment (lucky me!). My technician was Ted, and he was absolutely awesome. He arrived right on time, took about 10 minutes to walk me through the issue, and clearly explained the root cause of the rough door movement. He even pointed out that part of the problem stemmed from the construction setup — something I could easily address myself, which most repair companies wouldn’t even mention. Ted fixed the broken mechanism in about 40 minutes, and the door now feels super sturdy and smooth. He also tuned everything perfectly, and the door works better than it has in years. The quote was very reasonable, and the service was fast, professional, and honest. This repair has completely relieved my anxiety about the door breaking or falling off. I’m so grateful for Ted’s expertise and integrity — he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dave’s Garage Doors, especially Ted, for any garage door repairs or consultations. I only wish I had called them years ago!
