Then I received a message when the service technician was on the way, including tracking information. Ted showed up right on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and offered me a few options for the repair, including the cost and warranty details. After a little over an hour, the repair was done and the garage door worked great, with no more annoying creaks and moans. Ted was friendly to talk with and made the experience a pleasant one.

He left the garage door in better condition than before it needed repair! I appreciate that each time he made a small adjustment on the tension, he checked how the door was operating and rechecked both cables. He repeated that process until it was just right - yet completed the whole repair very quickly. I had a spare seal on hand for future use, and he replaced that while he was here as well. As for the company, their service rate for the hour was very competitive and straightforward. Thank you, Greg!

Last week for some reason one of our doors moved a bit out of adjustment and was not closing properly. I called Dave's on Christmas Eve they scheduled a tech out inside of a week. Brandon showed up right on time as promised, inspected the door and explained the situation. He made some adjustments to the springs and cables, then all was perfect. He also took a few minutes to inspect our second door, all was good there as well. This work was performed under warranty without question. Brandon was polite and friendly, we couldn't be more pleased with the service and highly recommend them. Kevin M
