  I called Apollo for some help with a plumbing issue after hearing their ad on the radio. Isiah was dispatched to my house within a couple of days and he was fantastic. He identified the issue with my plumbing right away. What’s more, he also ended up helping with a heating issue I was having as well, and he helped me make an appointment with the HVAC division of Apollo to get it fully resolved! Isiah was patient, funny, on time, professional, down to Earth, and - best of all - he explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend!

  I'm a very happy customer. This was the first time I used Apollo plumbing, heating & AC after hearing their commercials on the radio 105.9 the brew. I have to say they are incredibly professional, courteous and do excellent work. I am very impressed with the way their team communicates with each other, and keept me updated with when people are arriving. They're scheduling team (aka mission control) is awesome I called them for a quote, and they quickly had a plumber to my door within 48 hours. Their quote for the work came in slightly under two of their competitors, and with apollo, i'm getting so much more as they're also going to do an entire home plumbing check up and heating and AC check up. that's a lot of value for the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH APOLLO!

  Donovan was great - professional, friendly, and was even able to come earlier than expected, which is very rare in my experience. I've been very happy with Apollo since I switched to them six months ago. I bought a maintenance plan for a year with them and the price was reasonable, especially compared to what I paid previously with a different company. I'm much happier than my previous HVAC company. I highly recommend them.

  Tom was at our house for 3 days replacing all of our pipes down the basement. He was very organized. We had other workers working outside also, so Tom had disruptions thru out his day. After each day he made sure we had running water and use of our toilet. So thankful he made that work for us. Getting the shower in, his partner Gavin had to cut thru our wall to get the new pipes in, and a lot of in between work. When the job was done, Tom walked us thru what he did and answered all of our questions. Tom and Gavin were very respectful and did a great job.

  We had some guys from Terra Firma come check out our crawl space and assess the sump pump. He noticed some leaks in the pipes and told us we need to call a plumber before any other work could be completed. The guy from TF was very sweet and thorough and left a note for the plumber as to not leave anything uncovered. When the guys from Apollo came by, they read the note and immediately put the guy from TF down. Saying things like “he can’t spell” and “is this guy a plumber?” “A lot of what he was saying is incorrect”. First red flag 🚩 We looked past it because maybe what he wrote down was in fact, in correct. After the inspection of the house (which we didn’t ask for, they claimed was free, but we ended up paying for it at the end of the visit), they came back to us with 3 different quotes. 2 of which were not the problem we called them out for. This wouldn’t have been a problem if they weren’t fear mongering. While explaining that we needed to REPIPE THE ENTIRE HOUSE, they used words like “cancer causing” and “chemical illness” as to sell us a water conditioner that was included in the quote ($50,000, by the way). During his speech about cancer causing chemicals in the water, he didn’t hesitate to tell us that he “taught plumbing 101”. As if that was going to convince us to trust him and spend $50k that we weren’t intending on spending. They also stated we needed a new water heater and that our water heater was from 2006. We just purchased a new water heater 6 months ago. They stated they looked up the serial number and it said 2006. After they left, we looked it up ourselves and it said it was manufactured in 2025! The problem that we needed fixed (the leaking pipe in the crawl space) was the last of the 3 quotes given. Quoting at just over $7000. These guys are salesmen with a background in plumbing. -lying about needing a new water heater and the manufacturing date -fear mongering so we’d buy their very expensive water conditioner - 3 different quotes for things we didn’t call them out for Very disappointing. We will be calling their competitors for service. **UPDATE** Jonathan called me to talk about the situation and was extremely kind and straight forward. Explained some of the situation but also admitted that the actions of the ONE technician needed further review. I should’ve clarified initially that there were 2 guys (one of which was in training- it was never disclosed that either of them were in training). The one in training was the one that gave off salesman vibes. Ironically, the one in training was the one that said he teaches plumbing 101. Jonathan gave great customer service and we definitely feel a little less bamboozled. Although, the technician in training could definitely use more.
