He answered all my questions about the problem and gave great advice on how best to avoid the issue in the future and how to troubleshoot if it happens again. We decided to purchase an annual maintenance membership because it wasn't much more than the repair itself was going to cost. He explained things thoroughly, steps he would take to diagnose the problem and possible solutions. At no time was he ever pushy nor did I feel that he ever wanted to just sell me something I didn’t need. While this was not an ideal situation to deal with, Felix and the Apollo team has made is easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Apollo for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Explained everything he was doing very clearly and was very professional. there was a few small minor things that could’ve been done better. Unfortunately, there was a screw left on the ground outside and come to find out. It was stripped out, which may not be his fault necessarily, and a small hole in deducting for testing was not covered properly. However, he did find a condenser that was failing thus saving us headache in the future and was able to replace it tonight during the service call maintenance.

- EBElise BushNov 11, 20255.0Mason came to inspect our furnace and ductwork for our semi-annual HVAC inspection. He had to climb into our attic to access the furnace, and he was very respectful of property and ensuring that our carpet did not get soiled. We were concerned about airflow, possibly causing a shut off to our hot water pilot light. He found an area where airflow could have been escaping down into our hot water tank area, and so he taped off the slot to prevent further airflow escaping. Mason was very knowledgeable about the furnace system and explained every part that he inspected in layman’s terms. We were very pleased with his knowledge, attention to detail, and professional manner. Thank you, Mason!
