Anyway I found Devin to be friendly, nice patient and thoroughly explained to me what he was doing, which I greatly appreciate it and so I appreciate him and would rate him highly.

She was friendly and professional, explaining the process, gathering my necessary info, and scheduling us for the next morning. Everything went like clock work--there were no surprises. Kevin arrived right on time. He also was friendly, professional, experienced, personable, and helpful with his clear explanations of what he was doing and seeing as he scoped our line. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe protection. He was very thorough and will follow up next week after we get out other quotes. This is our first of 3 quotes, so I cannot comment on their prices. I can say that I have confidence in their ability to do this project in the most professional, excellent, and timely manner.

He gave us information as to why the pipes are clogging and what can be done to prevent the issue in the future. He was also very courteous and friendly, fun to talk to, and great talking with my kids who wanted to observe!

Look over the problem gave me an evaluation and how to proceed along with three different prices. He jumped in got the job done and it looks great and works great. Apollo team members are great hard-working Americans. Recommend them strongly.
- MWMona WesthaverJan 2, 20263.0Was supposed to bring filters - didn't get them on the truck - told me it would real expensive if he got them so I should just go to home Drpot and get them myself - used excuse that office didn't tell him to bring them. He checked my 2nd heater in family room and screwed it up. It worked great before he checked it and now it doesn't. I have to figure out what he did and fix it myself. His review of everything was worthless. He was nice enough but certainly not customer service focused. He went through the motions. It is apparent this is how you train your people.
