  We called Apollo Plumbing for a same-day emergency repair during normal business hours after our angle stop disconnected and we had to turn off water to the house. We have two small children, so restoring water quickly was critical. The technician, Jonathan, removed a short section of copper pipe, connected a short section of PEX pipe to the existing plumbing, installed a new angle stop and supply line, and tested for leaks. The total charge for this repair was $1,204.47. After reviewing the invoice and speaking with other plumbers, we learned that this type of repair typically costs a few hundred dollars, even accounting for a service call. When assessing the situation, Jonathan explained that Apollo operates on flat-rate pricing. He first presented a $13,000 plumbing replacement option, which did not seem relevant to the emergency repair we had requested to restore water service. He also offered a membership plan. The invoice reflected this flat-rate pricing structure, and lists a package titled “Repair 1/2" Copper Pipe up to 10'.” In reality, only a short section of pipe was removed and replaced with PEX. While the repair restored water to the house, the price was extremely high relative to the scope of work performed. We hope Apollo will review their invoice and consider a price adjustment. If we are unable to resolve it directly, I plan to inquire with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board regarding the billing for this repair. I strongly recommend homeowners get multiple quotes before approving work, especially for emergency repairs.

  Chris came to give us an estimate on our remodel project. He was right on time and carefully listened to what we needed and then talked through the various options for getting the work completed. He offered several insights that helped us determine the best path forward. He gave us a written quote for the various options we discussed. Overall he was a great representative for this company.

  I called Apollo for some help with a plumbing issue after hearing their ad on the radio. Isiah was dispatched to my house within a couple of days and he was fantastic. He identified the issue with my plumbing right away. What’s more, he also ended up helping with a heating issue I was having as well, and he helped me make an appointment with the HVAC division of Apollo to get it fully resolved! Isiah was patient, funny, on time, professional, down to Earth, and - best of all - he explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend!

  I'm a very happy customer. This was the first time I used Apollo plumbing, heating & AC after hearing their commercials on the radio 105.9 the brew. I have to say they are incredibly professional, courteous and do excellent work. I am very impressed with the way their team communicates with each other, and keept me updated with when people are arriving. They're scheduling team (aka mission control) is awesome I called them for a quote, and they quickly had a plumber to my door within 48 hours. Their quote for the work came in slightly under two of their competitors, and with apollo, i'm getting so much more as they're also going to do an entire home plumbing check up and heating and AC check up. that's a lot of value for the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH APOLLO!
