- EWEthan Wheat2 days ago5.0I had a great experience with their technician Micheal right from the start. He had out of the box ideas for solutions to my plumbing issues such as relocating my garbage disposal for better flow. Very knowledgeable and personable guy who helped me understand what was wrong. He gave me thoughtful pricing packages for all the work I needed so I could choose wisely. Now I have great water pressure at my kitchen sink, a new p trap and a better garbage disposal. Thanks Mike!
- CLcecelia lamebull4 days ago5.0Gabe & Victoria were wonderful . They were knowledgeable and helpful. Everything they had to work on was taken care of . They found a problem that needed fixing and set up all the people to help us getting the project started. I would highly recommend both of them to help with any plumbing problems in the future. Also they were very mindful of the cats we have on property so they didn’t get out . Five stars isn’t enough for them.
- SPSteven Parker6 days ago5.0I haven't met any other reps for Apollo but if their even 10% as caring, patient and attentive as Shawn was then I'd highly recommend you get ahold of Apollo for your HVAC/plumbing needs. You hear a lot about companies from their ads but I always judge a company by the face they send out, and I have a huge respect for Apollo now just because of Shawn. Great guy and I appreciate him for helping as much as he did, way more then I feel he needed to Thanks Apollo

Mo was very professional, courteous, and up front about what was going on with our unit. He gave me all the options from repairs to replacement. I've dealt with other companies that BS me and try to up sell me on things I didn't even contract them to look at! Ridiculous! Mo did none of that. His honesty and great customer service was so refreshing. I highly recommend. 👍
- PLPort LandMar 25, 20261.0These guys look at a customer and see an ATM machine apparently. Had a furnace inspection march 2026 because the unit was intermittently not cycling into the gas phase. They show up(late) hardly do any troubleshooting and almost immediately start saying Oh that part will need replacing and that part but it might not fix the issue. Obviously trying to lead into full furnace replacement. Asking them how much just to replace the control board and was quoted $1000 bucks just for the part. Immediately called another HVAC service and the tech laughed and said "Yep that's Apollo". I gave him a visual inspection with my phone and he gave me a much more reasonable price range if the work is required but first wants to do basic maintenance and testing which the apollo tech should have done. Yes there are lots of good reviews for this business but read the bad reviews carefully.
