From day one we were impressed that they showed up when they said they would, laid down floor coverings to protect our wood floors (they were so respectful of our home) and cleaned up everyday. They called beforehand to let us know if they were going to be late and they made sure to be here when the plumber and electrician were working to answer any questions and to supervise the jobs ensuring they were being done right. They went above and beyond. Dennis kept us within our budget never pushing us to spend more. We are very happy with what we got for our money. Their work quality is impeccable. I loved how they worked with us on issues that came up during the process and helping us decide on tweaks that needed to be made here and there. They both had great ideas. We are so happy with the final result and surprised how well it all turned out. We have worked with other contractors and were left less than impressed, in fact very dissatisfied but not with Dennis and Shawn. I found myself looking around for other projects we could have them come back and do. I would absolutely recommend and I will hopefully have them come back once we are ready for another project.
