  We had excellent service today. First let me tell you about our service last fall. The technician cleaned our electronic filter. When I asked about the primary filter and the secondary filter, I was told that we don’t clean those. The electronic filter is the important one. After he left, I took those filters out after he left and they were completely plugged with dust. I was not happy and cleaned them myself. NOW, let me tell you about our service today. Our technician today was Epi Roldan. She was very courteous and efficient. She serviced my furnace and the air conditioner. Everything was perfectly clean and she explained everything and made some recommendations. She was perfect. When you get yours serviced I hope you get Epi Roldan. Great job.

  Juan Estrada was a very personable, knowledgeable and professional plumber. He, and his brother Gus in training, took my fears away. They knew exactly what to do and fixed it in record time. I had an ice maker electric cord leak which was going to cause extensive damage. They put all the right tools on all the right places right then. Bravo!

  Roth so far has replaced the AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Crawl space fan, and most recently a cracked water main valve. They probably aren't the cheapest choice in some cases but I'd rather pay a little more knowing the job will we done right the first time, and they maintain things well so it saves me money in the long term not needing to replace things as often. All their technicians have been clean and respectful over the last 7 years that I've used them.

  Juan and the other gentlemen working with him did a great job at our home this morning. They were professional and knowledgeable which made for a smooth and quick job of the repairs. We appreciated the open, honest, and approachable communication style they have which allowed us to be at ease talking with them and asking questions.   0 out of 10 do not recommend. Contacted them Saturday morning to schedule for Sunday, they contacted us saying they could get us in Saturday between 1-3pm. 4pm rolls around and they say oh nope nevermind he can be there around 5, we instead schedule for Sunday. They tell us he'll be there in the morning before noon for sure. They contact us to say "we have a 9am appointment we've scheduled you for" great right? Nope, we get a text saying he's headed to you in Portland for your plumbing appointment, we are in Lebanon and needed electrical.....ooops. No big deal, we just wait longer and finally at 11:40 we get another call saying he's late he can be there sometime after 1:30. After wasting 2 days we are moving on to someone who can actually show up to appointments.
