  Dylan is amazing to work with. He came and fixed my flange on my toilet after I ripped the broken one completely off. Also looked at my pipe leaking under the house. Instead of just starting the job he recommended we get a camera to go under the house to make sure I didn’t have anything else wrong with the pipes. He really works with the customer and doesn’t dig at the pocket book like most plumbing company’s do. I highly recommend Dylan for any job you need done. I will not allow another person to work on my plumbing beside him. Thank you Dylan for being honest and understanding.

  Roth Home sent Matt out to service my garage door repair needed today, and he did an outstanding job, was very professional and friendly to work with, I appreciated his expertise and knowledge in performing a very thorough job, he even went the extra mile for me and performed a tuneup in oiling the chains & etc. Matt gave me 3 options to work with, the repair needed where the bar had come loose, a new garage door opener, & a new garage door. I also utilized their electrician services today too - Cheyenne came out to service my garage freezer's electrical cord that the third safety prong had broken off. She inspected my unit and determined that no repair was needed. She also inspected my electrical panels as well as an extra service, and provided estimates on future work that may be needed on them. I also appreciated her expertise & very thorough knowledge. I encourage all to use this top notch company, with extremely qualified employees, it's nice to have them in my book for any future use now, which I will definitely use in a New York minute :)

  After a week of searching for a plumber to come check out a leak in my home. Roth Home reached out via text to let me know they were in the area and just like that on the same day they sent out a professional plumber. Dylan Cade showed up promptly at 430 when I could be present. Dylan’s knowledge, honesty, and accuracy only took him minutes of troubleshooting. Within 20 mins we were able to determine issues and the next steps to mitigate them. To put a cherry on top, zero dollars were owed and I feel confident to reach out anytime!   Nikki Kadwell, an Hvac Service Technician did a diagnosis and maintenance of my furnace today. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was seeing as he did different tests as well as the maintenance that he was doing to repair the furnace which was not working properly ( was not producing heat). He was professional and very thorough at examining many of the parts & functions of the furnace. I was interested in observing & and learning what he was doing as well as his findings. he was patient and explained his work in a respectful manner. I have had other technicians work on or do annual services on our HVAC system and he was BY FAR the best service person we have worked with.

  Well, our new furnace continued to have some breaking-in pains and stopped working, again! David Ridderbusch came out, knew about the sensitivity of the exhaust duct angle when installing a horizontal exhaust duct in a home. He observed the existing connection was marginally sloped incorrectly, so he ripped out the local ducting, and firmly re-angled it so that the water condensation would flow properly back into the furnace. He also noted that the inductor(?) fan motion sounded bad and decided it need to be replaced as well. So, the combination of the two issues prevented the water to be evaluated properly leading to a system pressure error, crow-barring the furnace. This repair work was done quickly and efficiently even though the inductor had to be replaced. We thank Roth and Dave for addressing the issue promptly, before we "froze" another night! What's more, a re-calibrated thermostat now reads a correct temperature. Good job!
