  Jacob has had to come out to our house on several occasions in the last two or so months for thermostat issues. He has been kind, helpful, and professional every single time and has ensured the entire process has gone smoothly. When I had to call the other day for a thermostat issues months after the original issue was resolved we were ecstatic to learn it was Jacob who would be our technician again. He is always timely and communicative and we have never once been left wondering what to do or feeling frustrated over our service.

  Randy addressed a potentially dangerous situation repairing a break in the furnace exhaust line. Roth was responsive and quick in dispatching Randy and he was very thorough in getting the job done. An excellent representative of Roth’s commitment to excellent customer service. Kudos also to Michelle who diagnosed what was needed over the phone and got the right resources sent to me with replacement parts in hand within the same day.

  Today the Roth Home technician David Ridderbusch provided service in connection with my Roth Home Maintenance Plan Membership. I am taking this opportunity to provide my assessment of his knowledge and customer service attributes. First of all, it was clear that his technical skills and knowledge were excellent and he took great care to explain a wide number of considerations in terms that were easily understandable. He also was an excellent listener to the subjects that I posed to him. I could go on and on . . . but I will only say that Roth Home is represented incredibly well by an employee/technician of David's stature and qualifications. He serves the relationship aspect of Roth Home extremely well!

  Had my annual six month HVAC maintenance preformed at my home in Keizer, Roth sent two wonderful representatives ( Avery & Epi ) to take on this large maintenance task…my home is a larger than normal and has 4 HVAC systems. They both did a outstanding job and wasted no time getting to work, they identified a couple issues during the maintenance call and notified me of them immediately, they were able to fix the issues with my approval, as a homeowner with several HVAC systems it’s always reassuring knowing I have a 5 star company w/well trained professionals taking care of the systems, it makes me feel good knowing the systems are well maintained and if I have any issues in my home even with plumbing, electrical, garage doors, etc I know who to call 7 days a week 365… thank you Roth Home…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Called to schedule a service appointment and was directed to an AI assistant. AI assistant “scheduled service with a technician” For the same day. It sounded too good to be true and it was. I never received a call from a technician and no one ever showed up. The next day a human contacted me about scheduling an appointment. Thankfully when the tech, Taylor, he went above and beyond, not only helping identify the problem, but waiting for me to get a new microwave and staying to install it. AI assistant 0 stars Taylor, 10 stars.
