- LKLinda KOct 8, 20245.0Parr Design Center was my go-to resource for ALL cabinetry, doors, and windows for my 800 s.f. ADU and then another project that remodeled three bathrooms and created a small kitchen in the main house. Everything turned out perfectly, looks fantastic, met my budgetary needs and timelines. Furthermore, the process was creative and fun!! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Loved the process and the still love the final products!

It took a few months to get everything done, probably because of supply-chain issues. The communication between Parr Lumber and the countertop subcontractor could have been better. I'm happy with the final result and thought the pricing was fair.

The service was beyond terrible. nothing arrives as it is communicated and requires lots of chasing to figure out what is going on as everything is delayed beyond reasonable timeframes. Over half of my windows failed after install. Parr did nothing to resolve this. I ended up having to coordinate multiple trips with the manufacturer directly to resolve issues that should have been handled by Parr as the supplier.
