I’m sure they get business because they’re the only ones around in the area. If I could give them a zero star, it would be a zero star.

Called down to ask a few questions, since I replaced my pump myself, the lady on the phone was not interested in talking with me. Not even willing to answer the simplest of questions. She did ask if they replaced the pump, I said no, pretty much end of caring what my issue was. Customer service sucked! They we're far too busy to hear what I had to say!

Our washer busted after 13 years of farm use (sm karcher) and these guys helped us decide that though it was fixable, it wasn't worth the cost, so we bought a new karcher. We've got 20 hours on it by now, it's nice and strong, no regrets. Pressure washer concerns? At least call these folks!
