One of the units attached to two mini-splits became problematic immediately after installation. Mike's technicians, with Matthew LLanas in the lead, worked doggedly to figure out the problem. They spent several partial days trying to figure out what was wrong using all standard protocols. In the end, they discovered that the manufacturer had incorrectly wired the heat pump unit. Once the cross wiring was corrected, the system worked fine. Our thanks to Matthew and colleagues for your perseverance.

They sent a technician out on Tuesday who told us they have to work up an estimate and would get it Wednesday morning. Thursday morning comes, still no heat or estimate from Mike's. We even had to sign a statement that they were leaving us without heat. So we called and explained, recieved NO APOLOGY for the lack of communication and then wait another two hours for them to call and say they have to send another guy out to prepare the estimate. So first thing Monday they were told we didn't have heat. It is now Thursday and we are no closer to having heat. I am calling a different HVAC company because these guys don't know what they are doing.
