I cannot recommend Fitzpatrick Painting enough! They recently painted a large bedroom for me with high vaulted ceilings, and the results are flawless. From start to finish, they made me feel truly cared about and important. It was such a pleasure to have their team in my home—the two employees clearly love what they do, and I even heard them singing while they worked! It made for such a positive environment. If you want a company that treats you like a priority and brings great energy to the job, this is the one.

Positive experience from start to finish. Attentive to my needs and expectations the entire process. Patient and cooperative every step of the way. Kept their commitments in all aspects of the project. Painters respectful at all times in my home. Completed the project ahead of schedule in 4 days. No hidden costs or surprises. Ensured i was content with everything. Quality of the paint job exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied. Probably not the cheapest painting company around but extremely professional and skilled. And they offer interest free financing and accept credit cards without a fee. I would use them again.

Fitzpatrick’s crew does an amazing job. Mark has done multiple jobs at our home and always works quickly and efficiently, finding ways to save us money. His customer service is excellent, and his communication, especially regarding costs, was clear and honest. We truly appreciate his strong work ethic and reliability. Highly recommended!

A one week project turned into a four week project. It was as straightforward as it comes as far as a painting project. The walls needed to be repaired in spots, as the space (850 sqft ADU) is only 6 years old and had settled. Communication was not great. I felt like my project was secondary to other projects even though I was told that they would “stay on my project until it was done.” Fitzpatrick was not the cheapest, but I wanted the project to be done well and efficiently, so I’m just super disappointed in the experience.
To pour dirt into the wound, nobody bothered to even follow up the bad experience (for feedback or to apologize), until I got a call from the estimator who bid the projects. He was not calling to apologize or get feedback, but to ask for more business. Turns out that he had no idea that the project went sideways, which may speak to the level of communication within their organization.
The get three stars because the end product was what was expected, as I was happy with the work.
