We have been able to buy high quality flooring at heavily discounted prices which helps us save money on our rental properties with out sacrificing quality.

Fast forward to today, we contacted them to to install flooring in our new home. When we walked into the store, there were two employees, neither of them wore masks. Then two other people came in, not sure if they were customers or not, neither of them wore masks. When we asked about this, the lady said that they have a very big space and people can remain six feet apart. I am not sure how this is possible when you are trying to provide good customer service? I noticed she did not keep six feet away from the man sitting across from her at the desk, neither did the other male employee talking to the other man who came in after us, both not wearing masks. We spent over 13,000 dollars in 2014 and we were going to spend at least seven thousand again, but knowing they do not take this pandemic seriously and they willingly put their customers at risk, I won’t be spending another dime in their store.
