  We recently had our furnace and AC replaced, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A big thank you to Christine for clearly explaining all of our options. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we fully understood the differences between systems, efficiency ratings, and pricing. There was absolutely no pressure just honest advice to help us choose what worked best for our home and budget. And a special shoutout to Jeff Baker and his team, who handled the replacement and installation. Jeff and his team were professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The installation was smooth, clean, and efficient. He made sure everything was set up perfectly and took the time to ensure we were comfortable with the new system before wrapping up. Our home is already noticeably more comfortable, and the system runs quietly and efficiently. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers.   I called at 8am because my furnace wasn't working and by 11am it was. It needed a new ignitor. Only downfall had to wait for them to go get ignitor. The two girls that came were very good and worked fast. Overall I would recommend Absoulte comfort to anyone needing work done on their furnace.
