Staff have been great to deal with as well. They were knowledgeable and friendly when we needed to deal with an extension. Overall a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

However, the issue came with my final bills. My monthly billing date was Aug18 and paid was picked up Aug30 but no refund available. Then charged approx $100 for. pick up. Could they not have used that extra $ they had in hand to cover pickup? Apparently not per company policy. Do they not understand that you cannot always know in advance when the pod will be empty???? Very disappointed with this aspect of our dealings with them!!
