  To Scott & Matthew, thank you for your help, understanding and support in getting our basement renovated after the water damage. We appreciate all your help. We’d also like to acknowledge Ani and her crew for the outstanding service they showed during our insurance claim for water damage to the basement. They worked meticulously. They packed all our belongings with such care and after the flooring was installed, they thoroughly cleaned our basement. THANK YOU!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew from Service Master. He came to my house, assessed the damage and work needed from water that came into my basement. Matthew was professional, transparent and honest not to mention quick on sending a crew to remove and fully clean my basement. I highly recommend Matthew and his team. Outstanding service, professional and fast! Thank you so much!!!

I appreciated his knowledge and gave me clear advice on the best way to handle my situation.   We had an insurance claim for a flood restoration in our basement .. Service Master was outstanding in service, efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work. (our insurance provider had first used an alternate company--- that had to be let go due to inappropriate conduct and poor work practices)... Once Service Master was involved... they did 4x the work in 1 day and all follow-up was consistent, reliable and in a timely manner - really appreciated them taking the stress out of it all and helping!
