I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew from Service Master. He came to my house, assessed the damage and work needed from water that came into my basement. Matthew was professional, transparent and honest not to mention quick on sending a crew to remove and fully clean my basement. I highly recommend Matthew and his team. Service Master - more like- Service Dodger!
My insurance company uses this company so I decided to go with them instead of having other companies.
BIG Mistake, the project manager Laura - is MIA. I have contact the client Rep named Jeff Chambers who stated he had emailed her a few times that I need to be contacted regarding the status of the my project. I HEARD NOTHING. I have escalated this matter and sent an email.
This company has several 5/5 reviews. These reviews are "scrubbed" only to showcase the 5/5. I am not sure how this location received high scores but it is impossible from my lived experience so far.
Ontario has only a few months of summer, we are NOT Florida, so delays and unanswered calls moves things further to the months were being outside is not as popular or doable. In the end, my rate is 1/5. I will let you know if it moves higher. Unlikely, but neglectful hired staff should not taint the entire business and its concept. However, they are responsible for their hiring of staff and their quality outcomes to their client base.
