But was informed I had to speak with my case manager Shannon Knight to resolve account transfer issue. She will not contact back; customer service tries to even get her on the line but she ignores their messages and calls. Its now November and still the container is on my property. Now customer service wants me to pay until December, because Shannon Manager does not want to help close the account. Pretty horrible experience since I have reached out multiple times via phone and emails. Please be aware.
