  Mike McClain coming in clutch helping my family out big time getting us set up with a new furnace in our desperate time of need. It was-29c when our old furnace failed us!! His professionalism and tidy workmanship was top tear, got us set up with a new furnace in about half a day. Thanks Dows for your very fast response time and peace of mind.   This weekend we discovered we had water on the floor by the furnace. After being unhappy with our current home heating company we were in search of a company who had customer service as a priority who would be willing to help us. Based on a recommendation by a friend I called Dow's Climate Care. I spoke to Don. Though it was snowing, freezing and late he was willing to come to replace the condensation pump. Since there was not a lot of water we decided to wait the night out and have the repair completed the next day. In the morning Don gave us a time for when he could come and he arrived promptly. He was quick in exchanging the pump. He confidently and patiently answered my questions. When he was finished Don packed up all the garbage and took it with him. It has been many years since I have been able to say this but I fully and happily recommend Don and Dow's Climate Care. Kim and Bob Connelly

  Called me back almost an hour later then promised, dispatcher / tech/ whoever the heck called me back was extremely rude. Crazy way to run a business. Wildly unprofessional.
