Never before have I dealt with a salesperson who did more than just take the order and move on. Not so with Budget Blinds' salesperson, Barry. He did not just take an order. He advised us, helped us work out the perfect selection and presented us with numerous alternatives along with ways to maximize our purchase value. Once the order was placed, he ensured prompt delivery as promised. And during installation he was on site to make sure everything was going well. What salesperson does that? That's customer care! And the installer was incredible. Fast, efficient and professional. He also took the time to show us how best to operate the blinds to ensure years of perfect usage. The people we dealt with in this company were truly remarkable. If all this sounds too good to be true, especially due to the seemingly overly effusive kudos all I can say is "Try them." Ask for Barry in sales and installer Marko. And you too will be writing a review just like this one.

My mother's words were "he is an absolute delight". She also was very impressed with Brenda who helped out by offering some temporary blinds.
