    Sub-par experience. They do not know how to measure properly and the product I received was an incorrect size. Before placing the order I expressed my concerns with the measurements (through written communication via email) as I knew my windows were not perfectly square/uniform. I was assured measurements were taken correctly and they accounted for this. 3 weeks later I receive the product and the size is wrong. They chalked it up as "oh mistakes happen." That is an unacceptable excuse. I only had 2 windows for my order, and I was specifically trying to be proactive and ensure the measurements would not be incorrect so that this would not happen and waste anyone's time and money. It would have been very easy for them to confirm or double check the measurements when I expressed my concerns. Not to mention, some of the components also arrived damaged. We are now on day 7 since I received my order and I do not have any updates on when budget blinds will be rectifying the issue. I have asked for updates and have not received any response. They finally sent replacement parts 2 weeks later. I had to keep asking for updates and a follow up. They did not bother to actually keep on top of it and get back to me with updates. Now 2 weeks later I have the new parts, and they are still wrong. What a complete joke.

    Very happy with our beautiful blinds. Stacy was great to deal with blinds came exactly as she said they would. Installation was quick and I n time. Would definitely recommend Budget Blinds Bolton & Newmarket. Oh, I almost forgot price was great as well!
