They are not at all “budget”, I got 4 quotes and this was by far the most expensive, almost triple the lowest quote and even more than the premium place I consulted. If I were looking for premium/luxury, I certainly would not seek out a place called “budget blinds” so perhaps they should rebrand and revise their marketing. That said, everyone was friendly and professional from the scheduler to the person who visited, no issues there.

And the install was smooth and very professional. They also took away the old blinds. In the end we got the automated black out blinds we need and the cat got a new entertainment vehicle. I would highly recommend them for your blind or blind replacement projects.

We love them and they are beautifully installed, however after a few months they stopped working. We contacted our installer who told us we need to charge them but we never received a charge cord. We were then told that we could purchase a cord for $95 ?! Or book an apt to have someone come and look at them for $250!!! Is this the type of guartee you have for your services? I found an Amazon charge cord that looks like it fits but it didn’t work… after spending so much, such a crazy mark up for a cord we never even received?! And there should have been one for each blind?! This is the 4th house we have put budget blinds in and have never had issues like this before. I’m very disappointed! I do not recommend them! Please customer service other than Isaac reach out to me.
