  I can't thank Servicemaster enough for their immediate assistance and amazing customer service with helping my MIL at her home. After months of awaiting help from the insurance company's preferred vendor (with no help), I contacted Servicemaster regarding the flooding in the basement. I spoke with Dan Manseau who promptly assessed the situation and had a team over within a week to help repair the damages. The team was amazing at fixing everything and Servicemaster's admin team took care of the correspondence tasks that would have caused additional stress for my MIL. I have also personally hired Servicemaster for a claim my husband and I had in 2018 and they were equally amazing and easy to work with! Thank you again for all your help, we'll be recommending your company indefinitely!

  We were highly impressed with our experience with Service Master from start to finish. We had an insurance claim for water damage. Chris McCauley opened the claim and was professional and prompt. When he left Heath Lybarger took over an d he was excellent. There was always excellent communication between Service Master, the trades and us. We knew what was happening when and what to expect. Allan Wilkins and Heath came out together to do a walk through prior to work beginning. They listened to our concerns and these were addressed during the repair. A shout out to Isi, Cole, Amanda and Sam ( I forget the other’s names; my apologies). Again, excellent communications, professional workmanship. We would highly recommend Service Master
