  We recently purchased an older home as part of our retirment effort to downsize. Wanting to add a hottub and air-conditioning in the future we sought out an expert opinion to advise us on our options. Gary inspected our system and offered several options along with an estimate for each option. Today Amrit installed the hookups for our new hottub. He was very efficient, friendly, knowledgable and polite. We will not hesitate to call on Gary and Amrit for our future electrical needs.

  Provided a full professional experience. They made 2 visits as requested and sent the same technician (Amrit) each time. He was able to come up with a working solution and describe to me how it would work on the first visit. Then on the second visit executed perfectly. He made sure to clean up everything and kept the wiring very organized. Was very polite and had no issues explaining the overall setup to me once it was installed. If I ever need electrical work again in thunder bay I know who to call!!

Very polite, well organized and overall does amazing work and a true professional. I am truly happy with the work I had done today.

  Amazing, from the first call Sheryl was wonderful to deal with setting up all the logistics and handling moving forward. Then Gary himself came late after work one night in order to help us and inspect the house and let us know what his plan was. His crew showed up early and worked hard for 2 days to get the job done in the most efficient way. Specific shout out to Amrit who handled the bulk of the work. Amazing, fixed every problem in our house, of which there were many. Took time to make sure, the job was done, right, but didn’t hurry and do a sloppy job. I never leave reviews and hard pressed to give props because they’re to easily given but Wenzel Electrical really came through when we needed the best. Above and beyond doesn’t cover it. Thanks again.
